★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Descaso com os animais e com os clientes. Minha cadela passou mais de 2 horas só para ser entregue no meu endereço, que fica a 2 minutos de moto do pet shop. E não me avisaram nada, não explicaram a situação, só enrolaram. Liguei 3 vezes em diferentes horários e eles só diziam que ela já ia ser entregue. Fora o abuso do motoqueiro quando veio me entregar minha cadela. Ele disse que não tinha problema ela passar 4 horas sem comer e sem beber. E no entanto, ele tinha tirado a hora de almoço dele normal, até mesmo atrasando a entrega de um bichinho indefeso que tem sim hora para comer e beber. Quer dizer, para ela não tem problema passar fome e sede, já esse ilustre senhor não abre mão de seus horários... O que é justo, já que ele é um trabalhador como qualquer outro, mas pelo menos seja atencioso e respeitoso com seus clientes em vez de ficar batendo boca. Não recomendo e não farei mandarei mais nenhum de meus cachorros para esse estabelecimento. E olha que eu mandava minha cadela toda semana. Nunca mais.
Terrible attendance. Disqualification with the animals and the customers. My bitch spent more than 2 hours just to be delivered to my address, which is a 2 minute bike ride from the pet shop. And they did not tell me anything, they did not explain the situation, they just rolled up. I called 3 times at different times and they just said it was going to be delivered. It was the abuse of the biker when he came to hand me my dog. He said that he had no problem with her spending 4 hours without eating and drinking. And yet, he had taken his normal lunch hour, even delaying the delivery of a helpless little animal that has time to eat and drink. That is to say, it does not matter for her to go hungry and thirsty, already this illustrious gentleman does not give up his schedules ... Which is fair, since he is a worker like any other, but at least be considerate and respectful with his customers instead of smacking mouth. I do not recommend and will not send any more of my dogs to this establishment. And look I was sending my bitch every week. Never.
