★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto castrei meus gatos e gatas com eles pena que não tem mais ajuda a comunidade castração solidária mas já participei de duas campanha.Qt a beta o tratamento tbm foi bom só poderia ser um custo mais em conta pois se não, nao tem como levar nossos pets a consulta e internação pois fica muito caro e não temos pra tanto aí teremos que cuidar do jeito mais fácil que conhecemos mas gosto do trabalho da clínica

Qt the beta, the treatment was also good, it could only be a more affordable cost because if not, there is no way to take our pets the consultation and hospitalization because it is very expensive and we don't have for that, we will have to take care of it in the easiest way we know but I like the work of the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não indico esse lugar pra ninguém. Levei minha cachorra, já com 10 anos de idade, fizeram exames e mais exames, encheram a bichinha de remédio, fizemos cirurgia, pra no final minha cachorra não ter melhorado NADA. Foi 1 ano gastando dinheiro com tratamento inútil. Levei em outro lugar porque aí já não tinham mais nada, ela estava "bem", final de tudo? Não estava nada bem, foi 1 ANO SEM O DIAGNÓSTICO CERTO, 1 ano para um cachorro doente é muita coisa. Hoje minha cachorra precisa de um tratamento acirrado devido às complicações de um diagnóstico tardio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é excelente, com ótimos veterinários, preço justo também, só precisa melhorar ou chamar a atenção da recepcionista, que no dia que fui aí com minha cadela, em estado crítico, sem ter realmente oq fazer pois ela já estava em um estado avançado de cinomose, a recepcionista foi super desnecessária, grossa, sem empatia alguma com o cliente que estáva prestes a perder a sua cadela, dando respostas em um assunto que ela não é qualificada, tentando dar diagnóstico antes da veterinária avaliar. E mais, a veterinária que tratou a minha cadela me deu um encaminhamento para a eutanásia, pq realmente não tinha mais a ser feito, já chegamos aí com o encaminhamento da veterinária. Se tivesse jeito eu realmente iria tratar a minha cadela, mas infelizmente não teve jeito. Péssima profissional, mal educada e sem educação alguma.
The clinic is excellent, with great vets, fair price too, just need to improve or call the receptionist's attention, who on the day I went there with my dog, in critical condition, without really having anything to do because she was already in an advanced state. distemper, the receptionist was super unnecessary, rude, without any empathy with the client who was about to lose his dog, giving answers on a subject that she is not qualified, trying to diagnose before the vet evaluates. What's more, the vet who treated my dog gave me a referral for euthanasia, because it really didn't have to be done, we already got there with the vet's referral. If there was a way I would really treat my dog, but unfortunately there was no way. Terribly professional, uneducated and uneducated.
