Duvido da capacidade de um especialista que não demonstra confiança nas próprias habilidades como generalista. Como poderia ser capaz de fazer um diagnóstico diferencial?
I went to get a certificate of general psycho-physical health. The professional refused to give it on the grounds that it was not his specialty. I doubt the ability of an expert who does not show confidence in his own skills as a generalist. How could I be able to make a differential diagnosis?
