★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente péssima, sem higiene, nesses anos que viajo nunca vi limpeza de quarto não ser constante, como também nos foi cobrado um valor ao qual ja se foi efetuado ( valor a mais) funcionária indelicada.ignorante a mesma que no dia de ontem 08/07/21 hj tratou minha esposa com muita ignorância, pois no app booking o chek-in seria até às 12 e o chek-out as 14, descemos as 14 e nos foi cobrado outra diária. Solicito desculpas desse estabelecimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva pelo booking e não deram baixa, chegando no hotel não haviam reservado um quarto. Por sorte tem um hotel em frente! Recomendação zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que vi. DIÁRIA: 90, LOCALIZAÇÃO: Boa QUARTO: com cama alvenaria, frigobar, ar condicionado. Falta lugar para colocar a mala. Tem tv e tomada ao lado da cama. LIMPEZA: falta limpeza diária, falta troca toalha, lençóis velhos. BANHEIRO: pequeno, falta tomada, só banho frio, falta local pra colocar sabonete. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: pão, ovo, café, banana. OBS: Precisa melhorar.
what i saw DAILY: 90, LOCATION: Good ROOM: with masonry bed, fridge, air conditioning. No place to put the suitcase. There is a TV and socket next to the bed. CLEANING: lack of daily cleaning, lack of towel change, old sheets. BATHROOM: small, no socket, only cold shower, no place to put soap. BREAKFAST: bread, egg, coffee, banana. NOTE: Needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible hotel. When I arrived here the rooms were not ready yet. The beds are uncomfortable it's like foam. There were cockroaches in my room. And the showers are very bad.
