★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK, kind of old but it's kind of cheap, I had issues with the door lock I couldn't opened it, and the service took a long time to fix it. The restaurant was being remodeling and the area for the restaurant was very small, not all the receptionists speak English or Spanish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived on 2nd floor, the room furneture is old, windows are not opened and not fully glazed.air conditioner is very old model, no washing machine in the room, oven is on gas and w/o thermometer, kitchenware is old and overused. No tv in badroom,only in small living room. From good things a small cabinet for a work, refrigerator, microwave oven, good breakfast, swiming pool for adults and separate for children, playground, parking, jym, sauna (have not tried), friendly staff and english speaking folks on a reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adagio Sao Paulo Berrini has been my favorite hotel in Sao Paulo for both short & long stay. Located in the heart of the Berrini business region,the hotel reflects the cosmopolitan style of the area:few minutes away guests can choose from 5 major shopping malls-JK IGUATEMI, VILA OLIMPIA, D & D, MORUMBI and MARKET PLACE; few blocks away from major expressways and only 3 blocks from Sao Paulo's integrated train/metro lines.
The highlight, however, is the most outstanding hospitality crew I have ever come up with in all my years of intensive travelling as a global company executive. From the front desk to the cozy bistro named B/Side staff, from management to housekeeping and maintenance, the whole team thrive in providing a most welcoming, efficient and enjoyable hospitality experience. Bravo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room had to be changed as it was dropping water from the ceiling, in the main bedroom and in the bathroom. The staff from the hotel did not help in the move.
Also the 1st of jan, the cleaning staff woke us at 09 am as they said they were leaving at 12.00. the hotel administration should have told us the night before if we wanted or not the room service, to avoid waking us up

Once I found the way in I was told that I have 10 mim to check in otherwise I had to pay for parking full 1 hour. I asked to park the car and I drove my car Jeep Compass which was hard drive through because lane and park lot were too tight...
