★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very 'tired' room. Hole in the bathroom ceiling, some stains in the walls and painting looking old, hairdryer works for 2 minutes and then stops because overheating. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my point-of-view, the hotel is fine but the staff makes the difference. Those two ladies at the help desk were kind and helpful during my stay. One will never fell uncomfortable or mistreated. Company representatives should learn from Mercure SP Moema staff and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff was very nice. The room was quite large and well equipped (microwave oven and small fridge). Since the hotel is close to the Congonhas airport, there is frequent airplane noise, but it didn't bother us. Our child was actually amused by it. There is a small balcony and, if you have children, make sure to ask at the front desk that the staff locks the doors to it. The moema neighborhood is quite calm, but there is no subway station close to the hotel. Overall nice experience, and I will consider it next time we visit São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly. Some receptionists can not speak English but most of them can. In the restaurant there were no staff who can speak English. Communication was a problem. Hotel was clean. The location was convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine, the front desk very attentive! Very good breakfast! Very clean ! The one item actually two items that was missing and extremely important is an iron with the iron board. Over all it was great!
