Dia 16/01/22 noite até manhã 17/01/22...
180 Quarto Triplo...
Eu , Minha esposa e meu filho de 5 anos...
Ae pesquisando pelo Booking estava por 145,80...
Mandei mensagem por whatsapp e cancelei reserva por telefone e avisei que fiz pelo Booking pois estava mais barato...
Cheguei na noite de 16/01/22 as 22:00 e o atendente diz que estava sem sistema e pediu para mim abrir e-mail com a reserva do Booking...
Fiz como solicitado e o mesmo disse que não tinha Quarto Triplo...
Disse que só tinha Quarto Cama Casal...
Aceitei pois não tinha escolha...
Mas tive que pagar Quarto Triplo e usar Quarto casal...
Pois acho que não gostaram pois cancelei reserva de 180 feita via telefone para reservar via Booking por 145,80...
E Hotel não é Tudo isso...
Não tem Refeição Inclusa...
O que tem de bom é a Localização pois é bem Próximo Metrô Hospital São Paulo...
Fica aqui meu Relato...
Antes de ligar La para reservar...
Faça pelo Booking...
E lute pelo seus Direitos...
Só não debati pois necessitava de dormir pois meu Filho tinha Cirurgia marcada às 07:00 no Hospital Paulista.

180 Triple Room...
Me, my wife and my 5 year old son...
Ae searching for Booking was for 145.80...
I sent a message via whatsapp and canceled the reservation by phone and told them I did it through Booking because it was cheaper...
I arrived on the night of 01/16/22 at 22:00 and the attendant says he was out of system and asked me to open an email with the Booking reservation...
I did as requested and he said he didn't have a Triple Room...
Said he only had a double bed room...
I accepted because I had no choice...
But I had to pay for a Triple Room and use a Double Room...
Because I think they didn't like it because I canceled a reservation of 180 made over the phone to book via Booking for 145.80...
And Hotel is not all that...
No Meal Included...
What's good is the Location because it's very close to the São Paulo Hospital Metro...
Here is my story...
Before calling La to book...
Do it through Booking...
And fight for your rights...
I just didn't discuss it because I needed to sleep because my Son had Surgery scheduled at 07:00 at Hospital Paulista.

I arrived at the hotel with a reservation made through booking and it was closed for maintenance. Could have suspended the ad or warned the customer. Lack of commitment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel simplesmente fechou e não fomos notificados, com a reserva feito pelo booking confirmada. Cheguei ao endereço e dei de cara com as portas fechadas. Além de ter que procurar outra acomodação em cima da hora em outro lugar. Fujão dessa rede.
Hotel simply closed and we were not notified, with the reservation made through booking confirmed. I arrived at the address and found the doors closed. In addition to having to look for another accommodation at the last minute elsewhere. Run away from this network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma uma farsa este hotel! Acabei de chegar no hotel em São Paulo as 22:00 após longa viagem. Minha reserva foi realizada e confirmada na data de hoje. Porém ao chegar descubro que hotel está fechado! Há uma pessoa que informa isto e pronto! Você fica sem amparo algum do Hotel. Sem responsabilidade alguma! Como confirmam a reserva? Quanta irresponsabilidade. Uma enganação este hotel! Questão de mal caratismo. Contra indico a todos! Vou reforçar aqui e em todas as mídias deste hotel para que esta palhaçada não ocorra com outras pessoas.
This hotel is a scam! I just arrived at the hotel in São Paulo at 22:00 after a long trip. My reservation was made and confirmed today. But when I arrive I find out that the hotel is closed! There is a person who informs this and that's it! You are left without any support from the Hotel. No responsibility whatsoever! How do you confirm the reservation? How irresponsible. A scam this hotel! Bad charisma issue. I do not recommend to everyone! I will reinforce it here and in all the media of this hotel so that this bullshit does not happen to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva antecipadamente e nos informaram que já estava tudo certo, ao chegarmos no hotel cansado da viagem descobrimos que não havia nenhuma reserva, porém o Sr. Adilson conseguiu um quarto triplo, sem TV sendo que somos um casal, e nos informou que na manha seguinte iríamos para um quarto de casal, porém sem TV.
Conseguimos nos acomodar no quarto de casal, mas o quarto a noite fedia a combustível devido o posto ao lado.
O quarto era imundo, não há serviço de quarto e quando resolvem limpar, só fazem substituir as tolhas, e para completar no penúltimo dia da estadia nos pegaram de surpresa alegando que nós tínhamos sido transferido para outro hotel.
Resumindo: Hotel La Ville da Vila Clementino é de péssima qualidade.
A única coisa boa deste hotel, foi o funcionário Adilson a quem nos ajudou.

I made the reservation in advance and they informed us that everything was fine, when we arrived at the hotel tired from the trip we discovered that there was no reservation, but Mr. Adilson got a triple room, without TV as we are a couple, and informed us that the next morning we would go to a double room, but without TV.
We managed to get into the double room, but the room at night stank of fuel due to the gas station next door.
The room was filthy, there is no room service and when they decide to clean it, they only replace the towels, and to top it off on the penultimate day of the stay they took us by surprise claiming that we had been transferred to another hotel.
In short: Hotel La Ville da Vila Clementino is of poor quality.
The only good thing about this hotel was the employee Adilson who helped us.

Fiz uma reserva pelo Booking… e dois dias antes da viagem liguei para confirmar a reserva… a atendente disse que estava com problema no booking mas que estava tudo certo e que eu poderia ir. (Conversei por telefone e WhatsApp com ela). No dia da reserva, cheguei a noite para fazer o check in, e o prédio estava vazio e com placas de aluguel! Um senhor saiu lá de dentro e me informou que já faz mais de mês que o hotel fechou mas que ainda estão mandando os hóspedes irem lá!
Foi uma tremenda irresponsabilidade e falta de empatia da atendente me fazer ir lá, as 22:00, em temperaturas muito baixas em SP, depois e horas de viagem! Tive “sorte” de achar um quarto disponível por perto.
POR FAVOR NÃO PERCAM TEMPO INDO LÁ!
The hotel NO LONGER EXISTS!! I made a reservation through Booking… and two days before the trip I called to confirm the reservation… the attendant said there was a problem with the booking but that everything was ok and that I could go. (I talked by phone and WhatsApp with her). On the day of booking, I arrived at night to check in, and the building was empty and with signs for rent! A gentleman came out of there and informed me that it has been more than a month since the hotel closed but that they are still sending guests to go there!
It was a tremendous irresponsibility and lack of empathy on the part of the attendant to make me go there, at 10:00 pm, in very low temperatures in SP, after hours of travel! I was “lucky” to find an available room close by.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando na unidade vila Clementino, funcionário não estava sabendo da nossa reserva por falta de comunicação entre funcionários do hotel e funcionários que cuidam das reservas nos aplicativos, a sorte foi que chegamos mais cedo, antes das 23h e tinha um quarto livre, mas que não tinha nada a ver com o que havíamos reservado. Então aconselho sempre ligar lá ao invés de ficar se comunicando só por e-mail com funcionários x que não passam as informações pra o local, correndo risco de ficar na rua sem sua reserva.
Outro ponto que achei um tanto desconfortável foi que a recepção não tinha troco e ficamos de pegar com ele no checkout só que durante o mesmo, ele enrolou mais um pouco e disse que passaria um pix, concordei, passei meus dados e fui embora. Uma hora depois e nada do pix chegar, isso era dia 1 de janeiro, parei tudo pra ligar lá, ele responde com a maior grosseria que vai fazer o pix e desliga na minha cara??????? Revoltante, no check in você até vale alguma coisa as vezes, mas no checkout não vale nada. Não voltaremos!
Arriving at the Vila Clementino unit, the employee was not aware of our reservation due to lack of communication between the hotel staff and employees who take care of reservations in the apps, luckily we arrived earlier, before 11 pm and had a room free, but we didn't it had nothing to do with what we had booked. So I always advise calling there instead of just communicating by email with employees x who do not pass information to the location, running the risk of being on the street without their reservation.
Another point that I found a little uncomfortable was that the reception didn't have change and we had to take it with him at checkout, but during it, he rolled a little more and said he would spend a pix, I agreed, gave my details and left. An hour later and none of the pix arrives, that was January 1st, I stopped everything to call there, he responds with the utmost rudeness that he'll do the pix and hang up on me??????? Revolting, at check in you are worth something sometimes, but at checkout you are worth nothing. We will not be returning!
