★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui ver o conserto do meu Iphone mas tive um Péssimo atendimento, demoraram para me atender, a pessoa responsável se encontrava na parte de dentro da loja, chamei varias vezes e ela me pediu para esperar, eu estava com pressa pedi que ela não demorasse, ela ficou enrolando e quando me atendeu, chegou um rapaz logo em seguida e ela me pediu pra esperar novamente e entrou na parte de dentro jundo dele... péssima atendente !!! não tem condições alguma de atender os clientes pois ela não dá a assistência necessária para tirarmos as duvidas. Virei as costas e fui embora, não sou obrigada a aturar descaso

alem do produto nao chegar, e eles se comprometerem a devolver o dinheiro, apos 3 meses nao fui ressarcido ainda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não faz o conserto na data marcada, ligam pra vc dizendo q está pronto quando chega na loja n está, e quando vc liga pra saber se já ficou ou n pronto, n atendem telefone para fornecer informação correta, deixa muito a desejar no quesito antendimento e seriedade.
Does not do the repair on the scheduled date, they call you saying they are ready when they arrive at the store n it is, and when you call to find out if it is ready or not ready, they do not answer the phone to provide correct information, it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of advance and seriousness.
