★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem bem desagradável, amo a marca havaianas porem nunca foi preciso trocar nenhuma das sandálias que comprei ....
Porém ganhei uma de amigo secreto! tanto gosto Da marca que pedi de presente, por falta de sorte ficou pequena hoje precisei trocar somente a numeração, nunca vi tanta má vontade a em plena quarta feira com a loja vazia as 11 da manhã! Iria trocar a sandália ganhada somente numeraçao e pegaria uma alpargata para passar o natal, a vendedora me disse que tinha q ter cupom fiscal sendo que estava na embalagem da loja havaianas, expliquei que foi presente e é desagradável pedir para a pessoa o cupom fiscal ela se negou a trocar a sandalia que esta intacta é lacrada um pé no outro perceptível que não foi usada !
Enfim bem triste isso ,pois tudo que compro em qquer shopping e preciso trocar nunca havia sido desta forma !
Infelizmente vou ter que repassar um presente que amei, pois é bem desagradavel pedir a nota de algo que se ganha !

I would exchange the sandals won only for numbering and take an espadrille to spend the Christmas, the saleswoman told me that she had to have a tax coupon and that it was in the packaging of the Hawaiian store, I explained that it was a gift and it is unpleasant to ask the person for the tax coupon she he refused to change the sandal, which is intact, one foot is sealed on the other noticeable one that has not been used!
Anyway, this is very sad, because everything I buy at any mall and need to change had never been this way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrada minha indignação com a atitude de uma vendedora dessa unidade Santana Parque, escolhi uma havaianas que acredito que estava na promoção por ser da coleção passada, era bem simples com tirinha de couro (já que todas as minhas de plástico sempre arrebentam) e ela simplesmente ficou rindo da minha cara: "é essa mesmo que você quer? Tem certeza que gostou dessa? Nossa, estou chocada". Insinuando que escolhi uma coisa "horrorosa" que ninguém tinha gostado, menosprezando meu gosto e o trabalho da própria marca para qual trabalha. Me senti péssima e envergonhada, infelizmente na hora não pensei em pegar o nome dela. Fora isso, gostei da loja.
