Sie bemühen sich und sind freundlich +. Problem das vieles nicht vor Ort ist und die Preise zu Onlineshop absurd hoch sind und sie in 3 Stunden es nicht annähernd schaffen es zu klären oder genaue Preise zu bekommen. Da kann fast schneller und zuverlässiger arbeiten. Für die Bemühungen vielen Dank.

Sempre tenho comprado pelo app Magalu colocando a opção de retirar na loja devido a comodidade. As duas vezes fui bem atendido pelo Victor, Raphael e Camila no momento de retirar os produtos. Todos os vendedores da loja sempre estão de prontidão para atender. Se não fosse a diferença de valores dos produtos comparando no app e na loja física, com certeza eu sempre compraria direto na loja. Sucesso pra todos!

Vendedores deveriam ser mais atenciosos e disponíveis para os clientes, ao invés de ficarem em conversas paralelas e mexendo em celulares.
Salespeople should be more attentive and available to customers, instead of having side conversations and fiddling with cell phones.

Foi uma experiência péssima,não aconselho ir fazer compra na loja,eles praticamente te obrigam a fazer extensão de garantia e você quando diz que não quer,eles dizem quem vão dar e na hora da compra parcelada ,eles embutem,como fizeram comigo hoje!!! Estou cheia de raiva,vocês nem sentem na hora que passa o cartão,quando fui ver,eu passei o cartão e vi que o valor estava errado,quase R$800,00 a mais parcelado dentro da compra e eu pedi pra estornar,não souberam fazer o estorno e mandaram eu esperar o gerente,nisso passaram os 10 minutos da compra e disseram que não podiam cancelar. Disseram que iam me devolver esse dinheiro de R$800,00 no cartão pelo boleto da fatura...agora só me resta aguardar,se não devolver,vou ter que entrar na justiça. Horrorizada,nunca mais compro nesta loja.Reclamei e nada adiantou.Me pediram desculpas ,mas o meu dinheiro que é bom ,nada. Nunca mais compro nesta loja e não indico ninguém comprar!!!!! Se eu pudesse não dava nenhuma estrela,mas não tem essa opção. CUIDADO.

I'm full of anger, you don't even feel it when you hand out the card, when I went to see it, I swiped the card and saw that the value was wrong, almost R$800.00 more in installments within the purchase and I asked to refund it, they didn't know do the reversal and they told me to wait for the manager, that was the 10 minutes of the purchase and they said they couldn't cancel. They said they were going to refund me this R$800.00 money on the card through the invoice... now I can only wait, if I don't return it, I'll have to go to court. Horrified, I never buy at this store again. I complained and nothing helped. They apologized, but my money is good, nothing. I never buy from this store again and I don't recommend anyone to buy!!!!! If I could I wouldn't give any stars, but there's no such option. CAUTION.

Péssima experiência, o gerente na área de recolha foi super mal educado, os atendentes até que foram simpáticos. Loja mal organizada, péssimo serviço não recomendo.
