Compramos um óculos Dior que apos 3 meses de uso descascou as lentes ... deixamos na loja para acionamento do importador.. após 3 meses (!!!!) entramos em contato com a loja em a vendedora disse que deveríamos recolher o óculos pois o mesmo estava fora de linha.......
Poor after-sales service! We bought a Dior glasses that after 3 months of use peeled the lenses ... we left them at the store to activate the importer .. after 3 months (!!!!) we contacted the store and the seller said we should collect the glasses because it was out of line .......
