Cheguei na loja, a mesma se encontrava praticamente vazia (Haviam apenas 2 pessoas comprando) nenhum vendedor foi me atender, ao chamar um deles o mesmo mandou eu voltar depois alegando que a loja estava cheia. Como fui no Shopping apenas para ir na loja, não tinha o porque eu sair e ficar andando por lá, então acabei aguardando para ser atendido. Como eu já sabia oque queria, me atender não demorou nem 10 minutos. Jamais voltarei a comprar nessa unidade, uma pena.
In terms of service, this was the worst Aramis chain store I have ever been to. I arrived at the store, it was practically empty (There were only 2 people buying) no salesman was answering me, calling one of them the same sent me back later claiming that the store was full. As I went to the mall just to go to the store, there was no reason why I go out and walk around, so I ended up waiting to be attended. As I already knew what I wanted, answering me did not take even 10 minutes. I will never buy this unit again, a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja excelente com roupas de primeira qualidade, peca pelo atendimento meia boca que não faz jus à marca, foi a pior loja em que ja fui, deve se provavelmente pelo local que encontra-se um pouco decadente comparado ao Iguatemi e Higienópolis onde o atendimento é Premium. A loja como sempre estava vazia e sempre uma vendedora quando me vê me atende com rapidez, os outros homens que deviam ser vendedores e gerente junto com outra vendedora estavam em uma rodinha com papos fúteis, falando alto e tomando cerveja como se estivessem em uma roda de samba, postura profissional totalmente inadequada ainda mais com cliente dentro da loja. É extremamente desagradável ter que olhar roupas com esse comportamento, nem da vontade de comprar. Vou voltar a compara na loja do Iguatemi ou continuar na VR Menswear.
Hoje dia 03.06.2021 voltei pois recebi uma mensagem de um bônus de aniversário de R$ 100,00 no entanto, peguei um kit de mascara de 70 reais e o gerente disse que não poderia utilizar o bônus desta forma e sim se eu comprasse um produto de um valor superior a 100 reais para fazer o abatimento. Achei um absurdo essa campanha de mkt furada onde isto não era mencionada, se eu soubesse não teria perdido meu tempo indo naquele shopping classe média lotado de gente e ainda para aguentar o vendedor e o gerente tentando me empurrar aquelas polos horrorosas, bom podem enfiar este desconto no cu pois prefiro comprar uma polo da Lacoste por um valor muito superior mas de melhor qualidade e garbo e fico satisfeito.
P.S ultimamente a coleção da Aramis anda bem cafona, prefiro a VR Menswear no JK Iguatemi que é bem mais confortável.
Excellent store with top quality clothes, lacks the half mouth service that doesn't do justice to the brand, it was the worst store I've ever been to, it's probably due to the place that is a bit decadent compared to Iguatemi and Higienópolis where the service is Premium. The store as always was empty and always a saleswoman when she sees me answers me quickly, the other men who should be salespeople and manager together with another salesperson were in a circle with idle chats, talking loudly and drinking beer as if they were in a circle of samba, a totally inadequate professional posture, even more so with the customer inside the store. It is extremely unpleasant to have to look at clothes with this behavior, nor the desire to buy. I'll go back to the Iguatemi store or continue at VR Menswear.
Today, 06.03.2021 I came back because I received a message about a R$ 100.00 birthday bonus, however, I got a 70 reais mask kit and the manager said that I could not use the bonus this way, but if I bought one product of a value greater than 100 reais to make the rebate. I found this holed mkt campaign absurd where this was not mentioned, if I knew I wouldn't have wasted my time going to that middle class mall full of people and still to put up with the salesperson and the manager trying to push me those horrible poles, well you can shove this one discount on the sky because I prefer to buy a polo from Lacoste for a much higher value but with better quality and elegance and I am satisfied.
Q.S lately the Aramis collection has been pretty tacky, I prefer VR Menswear at JK Iguatemi which is much more comfortable.
