Eles cobram valores de condomínios que não existem, e também a cobrança não é proporcional, ou seja, você que pague o mês todo, Fora isso, cobram uma multa que não existe em contrato. Corram dessa imobiliária. O que vale é o proprietário e o inquilino que vá para o espaço!
