★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aguardo a finalização do serviço. A entrega foi atrasada em mais de 15 dias e, apesar de tratar-se de serviço simples, foi necessário agendar em duas etapas (aos domingos). Ainda falta o acabamento no painel. O instalador se comprometeu a finalizar o serviço mas não compareceu. Já estamos finalizando o pagamento da 3.a e última parcela, cujo pagamento foi por meio de cartão de crédito. Lamentável.
I await the completion of the service. Delivery was delayed by more than 15 days and, despite being a simple service, it was necessary to schedule in two steps (on Sundays). The panel is still missing. The installer has committed to complete the service but has not attended. We are already finalizing the payment of the 3rd and last installment, which was paid by credit card. Unfortunate.
