Com muito custo consegui o telefone fixo do responsável pelas compras online, a princípio disse que não tinha pedido para meu endereço, depois "encontrou" ele lá. Quando por fim realizaram a entrega, o chinelo estava com a numeração maior e o responsável solicitou que eu fosse trocar em uma loja física porque ele não tinha o número solicitado. Depois de muito custo consegui a troca. Não recomendo a compra online!
I bought online and didn't deliver on the scheduled date, when I called the whatsapp number they didn't answer and blocked my number. With a lot of cost I got the phone number of the person responsible for online shopping, at first he said he had not asked for my address, then "found" it there. When they finally delivered, the slipper was numbered higher and the person in charge asked me to change it at a physical store because he didn't have the number requested. After much cost I got the exchange. I don't recommend buying online!
