★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que voltar atrás no meu comentário a loja e assistência técnica arrumar meu celular não é confiável eles não fornece um bom trabalho mandei moto Z2 da minha filha pra ser trocado a tela com um mês depois a tela do celular começou ficar azul até apagar totalmente. Como tava na garantia levei o celular de volta, depois de três dias o celular tinha ficado pronto. O celular depois de uma semana voltou apagar a tela novamente. Hoje dia 17/12/2019 foi pessoalmente na arrumar meu celular, o técnico que fez o reparo do primeiro defeito veio me falar que tinha caídos uso. Conversa fiada não recomendo a assistência técnica arrumar meu celular pra nem uma pessoal, eles não são confiáveis. Fiquei com um prejuízo de 350 reais. Loja arrumar meu celular bando de picaretas.

Small talk I do not recommend the technical assistance to arrange my cell phone for not even a personal, they are not reliable. I had a loss of 350 reais. Store tidying up my cell phone bunch of picks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a troca de vidro do meu A7 2018 há alguns meses, troquei com eles e ficou perfeito. Infelizmente eu quebrei de novo meu celular, mas dessa vez parou tudo, fui ate eles e me fizeram desconto incrível. Ficou como novo. Me levaram ate em casa meu aparelho no mesmo dia. Indico a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que fiquei preocupada quando vi que entregava no mesmo dia e que o valor era mais acessível do que a autorizada, mas assim mesmo encaminhei o aparelho, que ainda estava na garantia mas devido a quebra do cristal líquido e da tela não trocariam. Levaram o aparelho e trouxeram perfeito. Dois dias depois tive o mesmo problema, se prontificaram a me ajudar, já que o laudo acusou queda. Eu fui até um pouco rude pois estava nervosa com outros problemas (O que não justifica) mas enfim, quero deixar aqui o meu agradecimento a equipe, ao gerente Gustavo. São pessoas idonias, meu aparelho foi devolvido em perfeito estado! Vale muito a pena arrumar o celular nessa loja, além das peças originais o respeito e a empatia com as pessoas prevalece. Ganharam uma cliente e com certeza indicarei a todos que eu conheço! Obrigada equipe!!

I was up a little rude because I was nervous about other problems (which does not justify) but I want to leave my thanks to the team, the manager Gustavo. They are ideal people, my device was returned in perfect condition! It is very worth to store the cell phone in this store, in addition to the original pieces the respect and empathy with people prevails. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular estava com display danificado, então enviei o aparelho para consertar isso. Com o aparelho na assistência me ofereceram um desconto para arrumar o tampo trazeiro (que também estava danificado), eu aceitei, e de cortesia me deram a troca do aro metálico. O cel ficou todo novo por fora. Com uns 2 dias após o conserto, fui a uma loja avaliar meu aparelho na condição de troca (dando meu cel pra ter desconto na compra de um novo). Lá, a atendente realizou um teste no meu aparelho que apontou uma mancha na tela devido há muito tempo de uso (porém, eu tinha acabado de trocar o display, e deveria ser uma tela absolutamente nova). Com isso, meu aparelho perdeu mais de $600 reais na troca e acabei não concretizando. Com mais 3 dias, surgiu um trinco na traseira em uma lateral e em menos de 24 horas esse trinco se estendeu até a outra lateral. Por eu usar o celular pra trabalhar, estudar, etc, além das festas e viagens de fim de ano estarem se aproximando, eu não tive como entrar em contato de imediato com a assistência. Desse ponto em diante, surgiram diversos outros trincos e a parte traseira do aparelho começou a se desmanchar, foi soltando partes inteiras. Nesse momento eu estava viajando. Um dia antes de retornar, coloquei o cel no criado mudo antes de dormir, quando acordei no dia seguinte, estava começando um trinco na parte inferior da lateral da tela/display. A noite esse trinco já tinha se estendido até a outra lateral o que tem causado interferência na tela. Entrei em contato com a assistência e solicitei que analisassem o caso para garantia cobrir os danos. Na análise concluíram que foi mau uso pois o aro tinha marca de queda, portanto, não consertariam. Porém, não houve queda e logo, não há marca alguma de queda no aro ou em qualquer outra parte do Cel. A alegação não procede. E as peças utilizadas não se assemelham às originais nem em aparência nem em qualidade, o que me faz duvidar da procedência das peças, apesar de afirmar serem originais.

With another 3 days, a latch appeared at the rear on one side and in less than 24 hours that latch extended to the other side. I contacted the assistance and asked them to review the case for warranty to cover the damage. In the analysis, they concluded that it was misused because the rim had a drop mark, so they would not be fixed. However, there was no drop and therefore, there is no mark of drop in the rim or anywhere else in Cel. The claim is unfounded. And the pieces used do not resemble the originals either in appearance or in quality, which makes me doubt the origin of the pieces, despite claiming to be original.
