Muitos problemas. Embora o atendimento tenha melhorado nesse ano de 2018, ainda deixa muito a desejar, além do trauma das experiências passadas pelo descaso no atendimento domiciliar. Mas o principal problema é a falta de atendimento por telefone nos fins de semana e feriados. Mesmo através de Whatsapp a resposta geralmente só vinha horas depois ou no dia seguinte. Devido a isso, resolvi mudar para outro provedor de internet.

But the main problem is the lack of telephone service on weekends and holidays. Even through Whatsapp, the answer usually came only hours later or the next day. Because of this, I decided to switch to another internet provider.
