Alugamos um ap em Copacabana, que teve problema com cano de água estourado e vazamento de gás. Tivemos que fazer os reparos e até então ok, o que foi estranho é a proprietária pedindo para a síndica verificar a obra que estava sendo feita, quando na verdade era um reparo do próprio ap. A Yvana, gerente de alguma coisa, responde quando quer pelo WhatsApp e se mostra bem pouco solicita. Agora a última é que eles mandam o boleto do aluguel, que nunca chega até a data de vencimento e temos que mandar e-mail todo mês solicitando o arquivo com a cobrança, pois o boleto que eles mandaram não chega pra pagar. A senhora (Yvana) combinou comigo dois dias depois do vencimento, que eu poderia pagar com atraso e a multa seria devolvida no mês seguinte. O valor do aluguel já estava separado na conta, não precisávamos ter pago atrasado, mas como ela me deu essa tranquilidade eu pensei que estava tudo ok. Aconteceu que no mês seguinte a imobiliária Art Nova informa que não é possível devolver pois a proprietária não concordou. Na hora que ela combinou comigo não mencionou esse detalhe. Estou muito chateada com uma multa de quase 300 reais que não era para existir se a Art Nova fosse mais organizada. Fico imaginando se o dono da empresa tem noção de como é o atendimento dos dois funcionários que nós atendem, pois desse modo, sendo uma empresa que não respeita o consumidor não tem condição de existir.

We had to make the repairs and until then ok, what was strange is the owner asking the manager to check the work that was being done, when in fact it was a repair of the apartment itself. Yvana, the manager of something, responds whenever she wants via WhatsApp and is very unsolicited. Now the last thing is that they send the rent slip, which never arrives until the due date and we have to send an email every month requesting the file with the charge, because the slip they sent is not enough to pay. The lady (Yvana) agreed with me two days after the due date that I could pay late and the fine would be returned the following month. The rent amount was already separated in the account, we didn't need to pay late, but as she gave me that tranquility I thought everything was ok. It so happened that in the following month the real estate company Art Nova informs that it is not possible to return it because the owner did not agree. When she agreed with me, she didn't mention this detail. I'm very upset about a fine of almost 300 reais that wouldn't exist if Art Nova were more organized. I wonder if the owner of the company is aware of how the service of the two employees that we serve is like, because in this way, being a company that does not respect the consumer, it has no condition to exist.
