Great company, I worked with this company in the rental department for many years when Mrs. Ana Maria was the manager, and the department worked on May 13th in downtown Rio de Janeiro, and I just have to thank you for the work offered, honesty, competence nothing to complain about.

Ana se aposentou, é impossível falar com o setor de aluguel, e quando consegue são incompententes, a recepcionista grossa e mal educada, não saber falar direito, parece que está fazendo um favor aos clientes. Nunca vi tanta grosseria e incompetencia. Não sabem expplicar nada. Só faltam falar para vc se virar....HORRÍVEL, DEVERIAM FALIR!!! 1 ESTRELA SOMENTE PARA PODER POSTAR, SENÃO SERIA -10
After that Dn. Ana has retired, it is impossible to speak to the rental sector, and when she succeeds they are incompetent, the receptionist is gross and rude, not knowing how to speak properly, it seems that she is doing the clients a favor. I have never seen such rudeness and incompetence. They don't know how to explain anything. We just need to talk for you to turn around ....
