★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja Ibirapuera com funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e com excelente atendimento, principalmente a gerente. Só não tive sorte com os produtos Artex, com toalhas soltando fiapos pelo corpo, mesmo depois de lavadas. As mais caras que eles chamam de fio egípcio, também soltam.
Ibirapuera store with very attentive, polite staff and excellent service, especially the manager. I just didn't have any luck with Artex products, with towels dropping lint all over the body, even after washing. The more expensive ones they call Egyptian yarn, they also loosen.

Shop to buy bed, table and bath. Great prices. I bought bath towels and a bedding set for a couple. Great quality products at a great price. We took some promotions at the time and it was super worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as vendedoras ficam te empurrando produtos, insistindo na sua compra, e o pior, ao chegar em casa percebi que foi cobrado um valor a mais em uma das toalhas que adquiri. Imediatamente entrei em contato via WhatsApp e nem deram importância ou retorno para justificarem tal diferença. Eh uma loja que não volto !!!!! Fiquei com o prejuízo e com a sensação de desprezo !!!
Bad service, the salesgirls are pushing you products, insisting on your purchase, and the worst, when I got home I realized that I was charged an extra amount on one of the towels I purchased. I immediately got in touch via WhatsApp and they didn't even give importance or return to justify such a difference. It's a store I won't be back !!!!! I was left with the loss and the feeling of contempt!!!
