★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado com relação ao procedimento que deveria ter sido feito na minha lesão! Realizei um consulta de retorno dia 09/04 com o médico, o mesmo analisou a ressonância e receitou um medicamento/procedimento que deveria ser solicitado e liberado pelo plano em 20 dias, mas depois desse periodo vocês disseram que precisariam de mais 15 dias pois tiveram algum problema com a CASSI. Se passaram mais de 40 dias desde a consulta de retorno e a indicação da utilização do medicamento e nada foi resolvido pois fui informado, no meu entendimento, que a Artro estaria sem contrato com a CASSI o que impossibilitou o procedimento indicado pelo médico, e que só poderia ser realizado em Setembro (um intervalo longo). Fiquei aborrecido com a situação, pois liguei para a CASSI e os mesmos afirmaram que o procedimento/medicação já estavam liberados. Uma situação que poderia ter sido evitada antes de realizar as consultas informando que estavam com problemas com o plano e poderia haver atrasos. Fico com receio de ter prejudicado meu tratamento com relação à lesão. Com isso, demonstro minha insatisfação, de modo geral, com a clínica Artro!
I was disappointed about the procedure that should have been done on my injury! I made a return appointment on April 9, with the doctor, he analyzed the resonance and prescribed a drug/procedure that should be requested and released by the plan in 20 days, but after this period you said you would need another 15 days because you had some problem with CASSI. More than 40 days have passed since the return visit and the indication to use the drug and nothing has been resolved because I was informed, in my opinion, that Artro would be without a contract with CASSI, which made the procedure indicated by the doctor impossible, and that could only be held in September (a long break). I was upset with the situation, as I called CASSI and they stated that the procedure/medication was already released. A situation that could have been avoided before carrying out the consultations by stating that they were having problems with the plan and there could be delays. I am afraid that my treatment has been compromised in relation to the injury. With that, I demonstrate my general dissatisfaction with the Artro clinic!
