★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informo que agendei a VT quatro vezes, e por três vezes o técnico não veio, só na quarta tentativa o técnico apareceu, agora tenho que esperar por mais dez dias pra peça chegar e o técnico fazer o conserto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico veio aqui em casa pegou o dh dele da vizita,paguei,e o técnico ficou de no dia seguinte me ligar para fazer meu concerto e não me ligou e nem veio. Ja faz mas de duas semanas . O ganha pão dessas pessoas e vir ha nossa casa pegar nosso dinheiro e não fazer serviço nenhum . E de nós enganar . Dou nota zero para essa empresa. Muito decepcionada .
The technician came here to my house and got his neighbor's dh, I paid, and the next day the technician called me to do my concert and he didn't call me and he didn't come. It's been more than two weeks. The livelihood of these people is to come to our house to take our money and not do any work. And of us cheating. I rate this company zero. Very disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recebi Nota fiscal do filtro que foi trocado e nem da taxa de visita que paguei, sem contar que mexeram no purificador ele nunca mais funcionou direito, a água gelada está saindo fervendo. Terei que contratar uma outra empresa para verificar o que houve .
Nota ZERO para o atendimento no telefone e presencial.
I did not receive an invoice from the filter that was changed or the visit fee I paid, not to mention that the purifier was tampered with, it never worked properly again, the cold water is boiling. I will have to hire another company to check what happened.

Gostaria que parassem de enviar msm com referência desse termo, não tenho nenhuma experiência com vocês da Eletrolux.
