★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atrás de um carregador para notebook, testaram dois carregadores e falaram que era o notebook com defeito, fui em outra loja testaram um novo carregador e o notebook não tinha defeito algum e funcionou perfeitamente, não recomendo pois não souberam fazer o diagnóstico correto.
 I went after a laptop charger, they tested two chargers and said it was a defective notebook, I went to another store to test a new charger and the notebook had no defects and it worked perfectly, I do not recommend it because they did not know how to make the correct diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um notebook que não liga para fazer orçamento na unidade da rua oriente, me disseram que em 3 dias passavam o orçamento, depois de 5 dias passaram o orçamento e que se fosse possível consertar em 7 dias estaria pronto, depois de 10 dias me disseram que não era possível, fui buscar o notebook e quando peguei ele estava sem todos os parafusos da tampa de baixo, pedi pra colocar, eles perderam os parafusos originais e fizeram a maior bagunça, ao fechar notei um parafuso solto dentro do notebook, abrimos de novo, o parafuso que estava lá não era o certo e caiu da placa, começamos a procurar parafusos para poder substituir o que eles tinham perdido, fechamos de qualquer jeito e sai, levei em outra assistência e fui informado que faltavam parafusos na placa mãe, proteção dos capacitares foi removido, a bateria da bios não estava presente, flats estavam soltos e o pior, VÁRIOS componentes estavam faltando, foi tirado e não colocaram de volta, condenaram a placa que tinha solução, muito amadores e um serviço péssimo, não recomendo nem de longe
