Me salvaram ? O técnico da Comgás bloqueou meu aquecedor ??? (o tubo de exaustão estava com pontos pretos e isso significa que estava com furos de oxidação, ou seja, vazando CO dentro do apê ???). Eles me atenderam no mesmo dia!!! Trocaram as mangueiras, o duto de exaustão, a parte elétrica, arrumaram a parte hidráulica, trocaram peças que nem se fabricam mais e ainda fizeram AQUELA limpeza. Ficou novo!!!
Excelente atendimento: a Amanda e a Jaqueline são super ágeis e me atenderam prontamente! Excelente técnico: Jackiel você foi O CARA! Parabéns a toda a equipe!

They saved me ? The Comgás technician blocked my heater ??? (the exhaust pipe had black spots and that means it had oxidation holes, that is, leaking CO inside the apartment ???). They attended me the same day !!! They changed the hoses, the exhaust duct, the electrical part, tidied up the hydraulic part, exchanged parts that are not even manufactured anymore and even made THAT cleaning. It was new !!!

O instalador Jackiel fez o diagnóstico no local e, no dia seguinte, a instalação do aquecedor, além de ter dado as orientações básicas de uso. Era uma necessidade urgente e conseguiram nos atender com rapidez, encaixando como foi possível na agenda.
