★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tive meu aquecedor instalado por vocês. Ontem parou de funcionar, estou telefonando há 2 dias e ninguém atende. A Comgas diz não poder fazer nada pois o problema é com o aparelho e não com o gás...e eu estou sem chuveiro há 2 dias!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deveria se chamar "Água Quente Encrencas"!
 I had my heater installed by you. Yesterday it stopped working, I've been calling for 2 days and nobody answers. Comgas says they can do nothing because the problem is with the appliance and not with gas ... and I have been without a shower for 2 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It should be called "Hot Water Trouble"!

Na hora de vender são rápidos e prestativos mas quando aparece um problema, ninguem consegue resolver o óbvio: instalar um sistema novo sem defeito.O assunto se arrasta há meses e a unica resposta é que a diretoria está em reunião para resolver o que fazer... Solução como dizem é piada!
I'm having trouble replacing a new defective pressurizer !! Unbelievable how the company does not resolve the matter that should be of interest to them! When selling, they are quick and helpful, but when a problem arises, no one can solve the obvious: install a new system without a defect. The issue has been going on for months and the only answer is that the board is in a meeting to decide what to do. .. Solution as they say is a joke!
