★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionada...aluguei um vestido tem 2 semanas e ontem era o dia de pegar. Tive q fazer 3 provas sendo que os ajustes eram minimos. A cada prova pioravam coisas que nem era pra mexer e na ultima,na qual ja iria pegar o vestido, ele estava sujo e com a barra diferente da prova anterior. Falaram que iriam corrigir ae ontem qdo peguei o vestido de fato estava limpo mas a barra conseguiram piorar e só fazer pontos, resultado: tropecei no vestido inumeras vezes isso pq falei que iria entrar com meu bebe.
Very disappointed ... I rented a dress 2 weeks ago and yesterday was the day to pick it up. I had to do 3 tests and the adjustments were minimal. With each test things got worse that was not even to move and in the last, in which would get the dress, he was dirty and with the different bar of the previous test. They said they would correct it and yesterday when I got the dress was actually clean but the bar managed to get worse and only make points, result: tripped the dress many times because I said I would come with my baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pela reforma do meu vestido de noiva, prova depois de prova eu dizia que não estava ajustado ao corpo, e ela me dizia que ia ajustar na hora da pedraria, o ajuste não aconteceu, ficou sobrando pano, o decote não ficou bom da forma que foi feito e a mulher me cobrou pelo ajuste sendo que não foi avisado que seria cobrado! O zíper do vestido veio torto e emperrando e ele veio super amassado a parte do tule pois ela não passou, estragou meu vestido, não vou usar isso que ficou HORRIVEL ela ainda foi grossa comigo dizendo q o problema era eu e não o vestido! Um absurdo, gente assim nao pode trabalhar com noiva!

The dress's zipper came crooked and stuck and it came super wrinkled the tulle part because it didn't go through, it ruined my dress, I won't wear it, it was HORRIBLE she was still rude to me saying that the problem was me and not the dress! It's absurd, people like that can't work with a bride!
