Great place, great service, great prices, the space of the place is wide and spacious, just a bad way to park, you have to stop in the green area or in that place where you do the practical test to qualify in the pyre.

Na minha primeira vez de locação já tive uma decepção irreparável!
Aluguei um vestido de R$ 230,00, ela marcou ele no corpo para ajustar....retirei na sexta como marcado. Quando fui colocar pra ir ao casamento, ele estava todo cheio de alfinetes e não tinha sido ajustado. O vestido ficou super largo fiquei me sentindo mal o tempo todo ( não tive como usar outro vestido qualquer pq tinha que ser naquela cor).
Quando voltei e falei oq havia acontecido, a própria dona agiu com o maior descaso, não quis me devolver nem parte do valor pago, nem nunca me ligou para demonstrar algum tipo de interesse em reparar o acontecido.
Se eu tivesse dado um calote nela seria totalmente diferente neh....
Bom, de todas as lojas q aluguei na Av ouro fino, essa foi a única q me deu problemas.....

On my first rental time I already had an irreparable disappointment!
I rented a R $ 230.00 dress, she marked it on the body to adjust .... I removed it on Friday as scheduled. When I went to get to the wedding, it was all full of pins and had not been adjusted. The dress was super wide I was feeling bad all the time (I couldn't use any other dress because it had to be in that color).
When I came back and said what had happened, the owner herself acted with the greatest neglect, she did not want to return me or part of the amount paid, nor did she ever call me to show any interest in repairing what had happened.
If I had defaulted on it it would be totally different neh ....
Well, of all the stores I rented at Av Ouro Fino, this was the only one that gave me problems .....
