★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei pela primeira vez com a Dra Lutecia, perdi um dia de trabalho, me marcaram pra outra médica nada a ver com a situação, a atendente ainda super grossa, um descaso, desorganizado, não resolvem nada e ainda são soberbas. O menino ainda fala com tom como se EU não soubesse nem a médica que eu ia passar. E ainda tratam como se não fosse nada perder trabalho, sinceramente. Horrível
I made an appointment with Dr Lutecia for the first time, I missed a day of work, they booked me for another doctor that had nothing to do with the situation, the attendant is still super rude, a disorganized, disorganized, they don't solve anything and they are still superb. The boy still speaks with a tone as if I didn't even know the doctor I was going to see. And they still treat it like it's nothing to lose work, honestly. Horrible
