Muita falta de consideração e de profissionalismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, serviços de má qualidade, imóveis velhos cheio de baratas, prestem atenção na vistoria pois eles colocam que está perfeito uma porta que não abre , sem chave e na entrega do Apartamento aparece o proprietário alegando várias coisas já pré existentes antes da locação. Foram feitos vários pedidos para consertos e foram ignorados, porém os boletos chegam com muita antecedência, Não recomendo para ninguém #nuncarecomendareiathenasimobiliaria.
Terrible real estate, poor quality services, old properties full of cockroaches, pay attention to the inspection because they say that a door that does not open is perfect, without a key and when the apartment is delivered, the owner appears claiming several things that already existed before the rental. Não aceitam pagamento por depósito ou boleto, tem que ir pagar lá, ou seja, andar pela cidade cheio de dinheiro no bolso só porque eles aparentemente não sabem usar tecnologia.
O atendimento é péssimo, muitas informações desencontradas e não sabem ler e responder e-mail, qualquer contato tem que ser pessoalmente, já que e-mail para eles é coisa de outro mundo e por telefone as pessoas simplesmente esquecem o que conversaram.
Não cumprem horários, você marca uma coisa e eles chegam uma hora antes, como não te encontram, vão embora e você que se ferra.

Worst real estate in town.

The service is terrible, lots of information mismatch and can not read and respond to email, any contact has to be in person, since email to them is something from another world and over the phone people simply forget what they talked about.
They do not meet schedules, you mark one thing and they arrive an hour before, as they do not find you, they leave you and you get screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui atendido por diversas imobiliárias, mas essa de longe é o pior atendimento que já vi. Atendentes mal educadas e ineficientes, inclusive o dono me passa a mesma impressão.
I've been served by several real estate agents, but this is by far the worst service I've ever seen. Poor and inefficient attendants, including the owner, give me the same impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquem de olho na vistoria, a falta de profissionalismo da imobiliária é imensa, diversas reclamações de defeitos que não colocaram no laudo de vistoria e nenhuma resposta, mas no dia de entregar o apartamento surge o proprietário querendo o concerto de um defeito pré-existente. A rapidez da imobiliária enviar boleto é impressionante, mas a boa vontade e capacidade pra resolver problemas é zero! Muito obrigada pela falta de profissionalismo de vocês!
