★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loquei um imóvel juntamente com outro sócio, na IMOTETO, e quando desfiz sociedade o contrato estava vencendo. Fui informado que a Redentora comprou a IMOTETO... Solicitei a retirada de meu nome e do fiador, o outro sócio iria substituir a garantia (inclusive enviou a documentação). Já fazem mais de 7 meses que estou tentando, tentando e tentando verificar tal situação e a mesma se recusa a trocar, vale lembrar que renovou o contrato sem o consentimento do mesmo.
I leased a property together with another partner, at IMOTETO, and when I dissolved the partnership, the contract was expiring. I was informed that the Redeemer bought IMOTETO... I requested the removal of my name and that of the guarantor, the other partner would replace the guarantee (they even sent the documentation). It's been more than 7 months that I've been trying, trying and trying to verify this situation and it refuses to change, it's worth remembering that I renewed the contract without the consent of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa péssima, sem empatia, sem ética e sem profissionalismo, aluguel uma casa com essa empresa e na mesma semana notifiquei alguns reparos que precisava fazer na casa e já faz 5 meses que estou na casa e ate hj aguardo o retorno td vês que ligou na empresa mudou o funcionário e ninguém esta sabendo de nada passa pra uma 5 pessoas e falam que vão retornar e não retorna e não dão a opção de vc sair da casa pq tem que pagar multa .... Muito desorganizados não alugou casa nunca mais e não indico
A terrible company, without empathy, without ethics and without professionalism, I rent a house with this company and in the same week I notified some repairs that I needed to do in the house and I have been in the house for 5 months and until today I am waiting for the return, you see that you called the company changed the employee and no one is aware of anything passes it on to 5 people and they say they will return and they don't return and they don't give you the option to leave the house because you have to pay a fine .... Very disorganized never rented a house again and I do not indicate

Sugiro a futuros locatários que se cerquem de todas as garantias para não serem ludibriados por eles, assim como eu fui!
14/04/2022 - pra constar, hoje um dos diretores (peço perdão, não me lembro o nome) me ligou e se inteirou de toda as dificuldades que estava passando. Em seguida todos os problemas estruturais que sofria com a casa que aluguei foram resolvidos, espero que tenham a mesma postura frente ao problema do meu contrato.
Resumindo, resolveram todo meu problema estrutural da casa, demonstrando que a imobiliária errou, mas é uma empresa confiável de gente de bem.
Hard to believe that I was the only one deceived by this characterless and extremely dishonest Real Estate.
I suggest to future tenants that they surround themselves with all the guarantees not to be deceived by them, as I was!
04/14/2022 - for the record, today one of the directors (I apologize, I don't remember the name) called me and found out about all the difficulties he was going through. Then all the structural problems I suffered with the house I rented were resolved, I hope they have the same attitude towards the problem of my contract.
In short, they solved all my structural problem with the house, demonstrating that the real estate company was wrong, but it is a reliable company of good people.
