★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra fazer o aluguel foi fácil, pra saída ta sendo horrível.
Fomos entregar a chave e nem sequer tinham papel para assinar a comprovação da entrega, não respondem emails, não dão retorno as solicitações por whatsapp e telefone, depois ligam como se nunca tivéssemos falado com eles, nos cobrando de coisas que já foram explicadas e aguardávamos o retorno por parte deles.
A pessoa do financeiro liga e não deixa vc falar nada, querendo justificar as coisas com "Ah que estamos trabalhando mais interno, por causa da situação", e por isso eles atrasam os processos e querem que o inquilino arque com isso.
PÉSSIMA IMOBILIÁRIA, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.

Lousy real estate, lousy service.

Estou a 2 meses na casa, antes de entrar tirei fotos das irregularidades do imóvel, foram resolvidas algumas coisas depois de muitas mensagens via WhatsApp e e-mails, o problema maior que é um entupimento não foi resolvido, minha esposa gasta o dobro de tempo e água para lavar, devido ao entupimento, isso porque foi avisado várias vezes através de mensagens e e-mails, tivemos que pagar para uma empresa fazer o serviço. Quando alugamos uma casa pela imobiliária, esperamos no mínimo receber o imóvel com boas condições de uso, e nesse caso não foi o que aconteceu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos uma casa com essa empresa e ela nao correspondeu ao esperado no que diz respeito a profissionalismo, as pessoas sao mal educadas, mal preparadas para solucionar problemas e nao sao confiaveis! Nao recomendo a ninguen! Tivemos que implorar pra fazer a vistoria depois que o inquilino saiu, repassava o valor do aluguel sempre com atraso sem a nossa permissão! Nao cumprem o que está no contrato!!! Enfim nunca mais com essa imobiliaria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Imobiliária parece ter uma boa estrutura, a grande maioria dos funcionários tem educação e cordialidade. Entretanto, a funcionária JÚLIA não tem educação nenhuma, sempre ignorante e arrogante, como se odiasse trabalhar no local.
Sinto que Imobiliária evita assumir ao máximo a responsabilidade de reparos, fica mais do lado do Locador do que do Locatário. Nesse quesito, não há imparcialidade - é o famoso VOCÊ QUE SE VIRE.
