Comprar ou solicitar um serviço lá é dor de cabeça na certa. Não indico. Fiquem de olho no que é feito. Sua máquina nunca mais será a mesma. Ainda fui ameaçado por um funcionário. Terrível. Não recomendo.
Terrible experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible quality, poorly trained professionals, you order a product and they install another. Buying or requesting a service there is a headache for sure. I do not indicate. Keep an eye on what is done. Your machine will never be the same again. I was even threatened by an employee. Terrible. I do not recommend.

Como já venho de inúmeras experiências negativas, terminei ficando desconfiada e chata como cliente quando o assunto são meus computadores, mas eles tiraram de letra as minhas desconfianças e inseguranças. The experience positively surprised me. From the initial care to the diagnosis and resolution of my problem they were always polite and patient. As I come from countless negative experiences, I ended up being suspicious and annoying as a customer when it comes to my computers, but they took away my suspicions and insecurities. Team super prepared for what it proposes. Congratulations!!! Problems solved! Super nominate! I will come back for sure!
