O boy veio dia 03.02.2021 pegar meu Zenfone4(Ze554kl), pois não estava nem ligando mais, numa outra assistência q tinha levado, eles achavam q tinha arrumado, mas qdo chegou em casa nada de funcionar, falaram q não compensaria mais tentar arrumar q pra eles não tinha mais conserto, indicaram outra assistência q pegava celulares a princípio com problemas de difícil solução, ai achei o Rogério q abriu esta Empresa, foi super atencioso e disse q conseguiria me ajudar sim, então mandou o boy e retiraram o meu cel sem nenhum custo, na parte da tarde, me ajudou bastante msm com isto. rs Como estavam com muito serviço, conseguiram analisar meu cel e passar o orçamento no dia seguinte na parte da tarde. Fiquei muito feliz pois tinha conserto, então ficaram com o cel e a Emily foi me passando o feedback de como estava indo o processo para arrumar meu cel, ela disse q tava fazendo testes para verificar todos os periféricos e garantir q tudo estaria funcional, aproveitaram e arrumaram o conector p2 do fone de ouvido q a outra assistência rasgou. Essa peça só por encomenda, encomendei em outro lugar e entregaram direto a eles, depois q chegou, colocaram sem nenhum custo extra, ai me trouxeram de volta no dia 10.02.21 a noite para testarem bastante e não ter mais problema. Coloquei pra carregar e a princípio não estava carregando, troquei de carregador, cabo e ai deixei carregando a noite e parecia estar carregando, mas no dia seguinte, pra minha surpresa, não carregou nada, pelo contrário os 23% q estava descarregou todo durante a noite, então logo de manhã já mandei msg a Emily informando do ocorrido, então me orientou a fazer o q já tinha feito. Como já tinha feito e tinha 90d de garantia, pediu se dava pra levar lá pra verem o q tinha acontecido pq lá tinha carregado bem todos os dias q ficou lá, então perguntei se não dava pro boy pegar, então pra minha surpresa, ela perguntou se o técnico poderia ir em casa para ver se conseguiam detectar o problema em minha casa, achei isto incrível, nunca um técnico pediu pra vir em casa ver o problema q tinha dado depois do relato em minha casa, foi bem inusitado, mas fiquei super feliz por mostrarem tanto interesse em realmente tentar me ajudar. Então concordei e marcamos o melhor horário para ambos. Dia seguinte o Ricardo apareceu pouco depois do horário marcado, não era o técnico e sim o Irmão do Rogério q cuidava da parte administrativa, mas entendia um pouco do q poderia ter acontecido no meu caso, foi batata, começou a testar com seu aparelho ligado no carregador e cel e ai viu q o carregador do cel não estava chegando a energia, então trocou por um carregador turbo e cabo q ele havia trazido e ai sim, começou a carregar, esperou dar uma carguinha e ai trocou por um carregador turbo q eu tinha em casa com meu cabo, e ai graças a Deus tbm funcionou super bem.
Enfim. . . ficou meio grande minha experiência com eles mas achei importante compartilhar esta experiência com todos, pois foram todos super atenciosos e profissionais em seu trabalho de solucionar e resolver o problema com meu zenfone4 q para outra assistência não tinha mais solução.
Só queria agradecer a todos da Jobs Store por toda atenção, feedback, respaldo, paciência e comprometimento com seus clientes de realmente solucionar o problema q lhes foi apresentado.
E como o Ricardo msm disse, q a meta deles é realmente poder ajudar nossos clientes, vendo o q realmente precisam.
Com esta experiência q tive com a Jobs pude realmente ver q a meta da Empresa não é somente ganhar dinheiro e sim no compromisso, satisfação e comprometimento com a Excelência no Atendimento e a entrega da solução do serviço ao cliente. Realmente se preocupam com o q podem fazer para nos ajudar e ver o q precisamos de fato.

I was very happy because it was fixed, so they stayed with the cell and Emily was giving me feedback on how the process was going to fix my cell, she said she was doing tests to check all the peripherals and ensure that everything would be functional, they took advantage and fixed the connector p2 of the headset q the other assistance tore. This piece only by order, I ordered it elsewhere and delivered it directly to them, after q arrived, they put it at no extra cost, then they brought me back on 10.02.21 the night to test it a lot and have no more problems.
