★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietário de um apt em colégio e o que me agradou primeiramente foi o profissionalismo desta empresa, desde o começo tudo que fazem sou comunicado e não temho nenhum tipo de trabalho eles cuidam de tudo ,sem contar a exelente ideia? que eles tiveram de ter uma visualização em 360° grau do meu apartamento, vejo isso como um grande diferencial que esta empresa tem,ou seja,investir é com eles mesmo. Tanto que em menos de 6 meses meu apt já está alugado.

I am the owner of an apt in college and what pleased me first was the professionalism of this company, since the beginning everything they do I am communicated and I don’t have any kind of work they take care of everything, not to mention the excellent idea? they had to a 360 ° degree view of my apartment, I see this as a great differential that this company has, that is, investing is with them. A equipe é comprometida, sabe ouvir as questões apresentadas, imparciais (avaliam a questão levando em consideração os fatos e não o vínculo com "a" ou "b"), atenciosos e práticos. Indico para todos que queiram alugar um imóvel e realmente ter suporte!
Only 5 stars because unfortunately there is no 10 star option here! The team is committed, knows how to listen to the issues presented, impartial (they assess the issue taking into account the facts and not the link with "a" or "b"), attentive and practical. I recommend it to everyone who wants to rent a property and really have support!
