Terrible attendance. Days to get any answers on approved documentation. Landline no one ever answers. I scheduled a visit and spent 1 hour waiting for the broker. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. O corretor, Sr. Rafael, combinou de ver meu imóvel e no dia marcado, ele disse que não podia ir porque já tinha outros compromissos agendados. Não quer trabalhar, dá lugar pra outro. Perdeu essa cliente e outras mais, pois não indicarei a Carioca Imobiliária para ninguém.
Terrible. The broker, Mr. Rafael, arranged to see my property and on the appointed day, he said he could not go because he already had other appointments scheduled. He doesn't want to work, he makes room for someone else. He lost this client and others, as I will not recommend Carioca Imobiliária to anyone.
