★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente fui bem atendida, deixei o aparelho pra consertar, fui informada que seria resolvido, depois disseram que não, pois não teria a peça. Quando devolveram o aparelho e estava com peça diferente do que tinha quando foi para o "técnico". Resultado, eles pegam a peça do aparelho que ainda serve, deixa o seu aparelho inutilizado e conserta o de outra pessoa e por fim, quer forçar a venda de um aparelho novo!! Funjam! Discutir com o consumidor além de cansativo, fica feio pra empresa. Devolveram o aparelho pior que estava.
Initially I was well attended, I left the device to repair, I was informed that it would be solved, then they said no, because it would not have the part. When they returned the device and it was with a different part of what it had when it went to the "technician". Result, they take the part of the device that still serves, leaves your device unusable and fixes that of another person and finally, wants to force the sale of a new device !! It works! Discussing with the consumer, besides tiring, is ugly for the company. They returned the device worse than it was.
