Se eu estivesse com meu carro particular com certeza seria ben atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para fechar o serviços sao ótimos p atender, quando fui retirar fizeram coisas que eu não pedi e sem me consultar, mesmo eu deixando claro isso, quando o carro não funcionou. Vieram prestar o socorro e me cobraram na hora mesmo sem falar antecipadamente.
Mas para vir buscar o carro p fazer o serviço sim, para arrumar o que faltava e não foi feito COBRAM. E agora mesmo retornando ainda dentro da garantia, informam que não atendem mais fora do bairro devido às chuvas!
Nao recomendo nem para quem mora no bairro!!!
Péssimo atendimento e não são claros!
To close the services, they are great to answer, when I went to withdraw, they did things that I didn't ask for and without consulting me, even though I made it clear, when the car didn't work. They came to help and charged me on time even without speaking in advance.
But to come get the car to do the service, yes, to fix what was missing and it was not done COBRAM. And now even returning under warranty, they inform that they no longer serve outside the neighborhood due to the rains!
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who lives in the neighborhood!!!
