★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma correia do alternador para o meu carro e me deram uma já usada pq tava ressecada e apresentava algumas trincas entre os dentes. Achou que eu não entendia nada sobre isso, muita falta de respeito.
I went to buy an alternator belt for my car and they gave me one already used because it was dry and had some cracks between the teeth. He thought I didn't understand anything about it, a lot of disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento Do gerente em especial: Jhemes, mas as peças que pedi, tive que trocar algumas por incompatibilidade com o meu carros sendo que nas embalagens vinham marcando ser do modelo, acho que deveriam fornecer produtos mais confiáveis.
I really liked the service From the manager in particular: Jhemes, but the parts I ordered, I had to exchange some for incompatibility with my cars and the packaging had been marking the model, I think they should provide more reliable products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja simplesmente não conta com a Ampla Gama de peças que diz ter em seus anúncios e suas publicidades, os vendedores não conhecem praticamente quase nenhum dos carros importados que os clientes procuram peças e isso foi constatado após vários outros relatos de colegas e conhecidos que simplesmente não conseguem entender como que a equipe que era para ter o conhecimento sobre esses carros e suas respectivas peças não consegue aprofundar ou até mesmo se interessar em atender ou sanar a dúvida dos clientes.
Junte a isso a má educação e a falta de prestabilidade ao atendimento que pude constatar de perto pessoalmente e também pelo atendimento telefônico isso quando conseguem atender o telefone a tempo.
The store simply does not have the wide range of parts that it claims to have in its ads and advertising, salespeople know practically almost none of the imported cars that customers are looking for and this was found after several other reports from colleagues and acquaintances who simply they cannot understand how the team that was supposed to have knowledge about these cars and their respective parts is unable to deepen or even be interested in answering or solving customers' doubts.
Add to that the bad manners and the lack of helpfulness to the service that I was able to verify up close personally and also by the telephone service when they manage to answer the phone in time.

Tive que me virar e comprar outras. Por acaso, consegui pastilhas idênticas, exatamente a mesma, por R$ 252,00 na Ruela Auto Peças, sendo que tinha pago R$ 410,00 com a Auto Imports.
A Auto Imports além de entregar um produto errado, agora cria entraves para devolução da peça e deixou claro que não assume responsabilidades pelo erro.
I bought front and rear pads for my car. The company gave me the wrong front pads, which the mechanic noticed when the car was already in the elevator.
I had to turn around and buy others. By chance, I got identical inserts, exactly the same, for R$ 252.00 at Ruela Auto Peças, and I had paid R$ 410.00 with Auto Imports.
Auto Imports, in addition to delivering a wrong product, now creates obstacles for the return of the part and made it clear that it does not assume responsibility for the error.
