Peças colocadas de forma invertida, voltamos várias vezes para refazer serviço. Peças velhas cobradas como novas. Caixa de direção e pastilhas de freios não trocadas. Agendamento não cumprido. E dinheiro não devolvido.
Falta de honestidade e atendimento de péssima qualidade.
Evitem este lugar!!!!??

Parts placed inverted, we returned several times to redo service. Old parts charged as new. Headset and brake pads not changed. Scheduling not met. And money not returned.
Lack of honesty and poor quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, em tudo gente do céu nunca entre nesta oficina. O carro do meu marido, entrou com um defeito, foi trocado várias peças do motor.
Resumindo o carro saiu falhando e ele falou que era falta de gasolina. Fomos abastecer beleza ok. O carro continua falhando, paramos no semáforo o carro parou e acendeu a luz de óleo do motor. E por aí vai.
Meu marido retornou a oficina por três vezes para ele resolver o problema .
Neste vai e vem passou mais de um mês e não conseguiram resolver o problema. Pagamos por todo o serviço a vista.
Pedi a nota fiscal dos serviços que foram pago nada.
Paguei em dinheiro esse foi o nosso erro.
Nunca paguem a vista sempre pague com cartão de crédito em parcelas.
Nós ficamos com o prejuízo e ele continua com a oficina aberta fazer o que né.
Achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente.
