demorei certo tempo tempo para descrever, pois nao conhecia o google.
levei meu carro com 15.000km. totalmente novinho para arruma pequeno dano na funilaria.
sei que ao receber meu veiculo tinha manchas no teto de cola (imagina meu susto e ódio no meu carro novinho) e porta foi nivelada de qualquer jeito para entrega.
== resumo da opera: tive q voltar umas 3 vezes para arrumar tudo. E quanto a mancha rsrsrs....... só tiraram pq esfregaram o local com uma espécie de lixa, ficou todo esfolado o local.

o senhor q trabalha lá e recebe os clientes, poderia ser mais educado.
O dono em si, foi muito solicito ao tentar resolver os problemas, mais sua equipe, infelizmente deixou a desejar, pelo menos no meu caso.

it took me a while to describe it, because i didn't know google.
I took my car with 15,000km. brand new to fix a little damage to the body shop.
I know that when I received my vehicle there were stains on the glue roof (imagine my fright and hatred in my brand new car) and the door was leveled anyway for delivery.
== summary of the operation: I had to go back 3 times to fix everything. And as for the stain lol ....... they only removed it because they rubbed the place with a kind of sandpaper, the place was all skinned.
The painting itself. it's good
reasonable delivery time
you work there and receive customers, you could be more polite.
The owner himself, was very solicitous when trying to solve the problems, plus his team, unfortunately left something to be desired, at least in my case.
