★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indignada! Meu esposo levou o carro recebeu um prazo e garantia do serviço ("de boca"). O carro ficou gelando por aproximadamente 8 dias até iniciar o trabalho. Depois de muita enrolação entregou o carro com 15 dias. O preço, nem se fala! Um absurdo! Beleza! Rodamos por aproximadamente 10 dias ainda com defeito. Agendou para retornar. No dia combinado meu esposo levou, passou uma manhã esperando pra reagendar para 8 dias depois. Joia! Levou segunda e hoje é sábado, dia 18/07 . De manhã garantiu entregar no final da tarde de hoje. Meu esposo foi buscar. Chegou lá por volta das 17h Está até agora lá 19h aguardando Hudson, proprietário que está sabe Deus onde.?? E o carro lá na rua. Tenha santa paciência! É querer rir da nossa cara! Zero negativo é a nota que dou pra essa oficina e serviço!
Outraged! My husband took the car and received a deadline and guarantee of service ("by mouth"). The car was freezing for about 8 days before starting work. After a lot of trouble he delivered the car with 15 days. The price, not to mention! Absurd! Beauty! We ran for approximately 10 days still defective. Scheduled to return. On the agreed day my husband took it, spent a morning waiting to reschedule for 8 days later. Jewel! It took Monday and today is Saturday, 07/18. In the morning he guaranteed to deliver in the late afternoon of today. My husband went to get it. He got there around 5:00 pm So far there is 7:00 pm waiting for Hudson, owner who knows God where.?? And the car down the street. Have holy patience! It is wanting to laugh at our face! Zero negative is the grade I give to this workshop and service!
