★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Colocaram 1L de óleo a mais no motor! Não vale os quase 400 reais de mão obra numa revisão com troca de óleo. Sem confiança.
Watch out! They put 1L more oil in the engine! Not worth the almost 400 reais of labor in a review with oil change. Without confidence.

Compramos um Nissan Kicks em Outubro de 2021 e desde o primeiro mês tenho problemas de qualidade com o automóvel.
O carro não mantem o alinhamento, possui ruídos internos e o consumo de combustível está muito longe do que diz a etiqueta do Inmetro
Já levei o carro diversas vezes para que a Nissan Carneiro resolvesse o problema, mas nunca resolvem
Agora me pediram para esperar o retorno da Fabrica para solucionar o problema. Estou desde o dia 10/01/2022 esperando o retorno e nada!
Ainda aguardando a solução do meu problema.

We bought a Nissan Kicks in October 2021 and since the first month I have had quality problems with the car.
The car does not maintain alignment, has internal noises and fuel consumption is far from what the Inmetro label says
I've taken the car several times to Nissan Carneiro to solve the problem, but they never solve it.
Now they asked me to wait for the factory to return to solve the problem. I've been waiting for the return since 01/10/2022 and nothing!
Still waiting for my problem to be resolved.

Vim aqui comprar um líquido de arrefecimento e estou esperando a mais de 1 hora porque o estabelecimento é lotado de pessoas desinteressadas sem vontade nenhuma de ajudar o cliente. Isso porque só tem 1 pessoa que pode me vender esse produto é ninguém mais. Pense num absurdo. Sem fila, cheio de atendentes, com o produto em estoque e sem interesse em atender o cliente. Perdi minha viagem e meu almoço por isso. Nunca mais compro na Nissan
Terrible attendance. I came here to buy a coolant and I've been waiting more than 1 hour because the establishment is full of disinterested people with no desire to help the customer. That's because there's only 1 person who can sell me this product and nobody else. Think absurd. No queue, full of attendants, with the product in stock and with no interest in serving the customer. I missed my trip and my lunch because of this. I will never buy from Nissan again.
