 Good afternoon. I bought my car at automec and today 07/02/20 the store moved and there is no cartel or message from where it changed. It is a lack of respect with customers. I am already initiating a lawsuit against Procon in Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é cordial, mas tem falhas: não te informam, antes de você fechar negócio, que a entrega é só na John Boyd. Não te dão retorno a respeito de acessórios. Gosto dos carros da marca. Mas, nessa loja não compro mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma CAPTUR, em nome da minha esposa pelo sistema PCD. Isto significa que visitei a concessionaria muitas vezes. Todos os funcionários que me atenderam foram e são muito atenciosos, pacientes e comprometidos com a empresa, inclusive após ter retirado o veículo tive um pequeno problema e a atenção foi sensacional; MAS... a empresa não ajuda, é mal organizada, não dá o suporte necessários aos funcionários que são obrigados a criar "fantasias" para desdizer o combinado. É lamentável. Tive que solicitar ajuda da própria RENAULT, para meu simples problema ser resolvido. O problema não está nos funcionários, mas sim na GESTÃO.
I bought a CAPTUR on behalf of my wife through the PCD system. This means that I have visited the dealership many times. All the staff who assisted me were and are very attentive, patient and committed to the company, even after removing the vehicle I had a small problem and the attention was sensational; BUT ... the company does not help, is poorly organized, does not provide the necessary support to employees who are forced to create "costumes" to say the deal. It is unfortunate. I had to ask for help from RENAULT itself, for my simple problem to be solved. The problem is not in the employees, but in the MANAGEMENT.

Vi um Duster que estava sendo vendido lá do jeito que eu estava pesquisando através de um anúncio na OLX. Fui pessoalmente na loja e quem me atendeu foi o vendedor Sandro que nos atendeu super bem. Apresentou o veículo. Foi extremamente atencioso e já nos explicou tudo sobre o carro. Fechamos negócio e lá mesmo foi feita a transferência de propriedade do veículo. O Lucas do setor de transferência foi muito atencioso e tudo correu bem. Já estou com o carro. Carro excelente!!! Loja nota 1000! Sem enrolação, sem palhaçada! Quer comprar o seu veículo sem ter dor de cabeça? RECOMENDO A AUTOMEC CONCORDE de Campinas SP. Só não dou mais estrelas por que o máximo são 5 aqui no Google. Agradeço a Deus por ter me direcionado a está loja. Parabéns a todos da loja Automec Concorde em Campinas.
I was searching for an automatic Duster 2.0 and happened to find this Automec Concorde store in Campinas SP. I saw a Duster being sold there the way I was searching through an ad on OLX. I went personally to the store and the one who attended me was the salesman Sandro who served us very well. Introduced the vehicle. He was extremely attentive and explained everything about the car. We closed deal and right there was the transfer of ownership of the vehicle. Lucas from the transfer sector was very attentive and everything went well. I already have the car. Excellent car !!! Note 1000 store! No winding, no clowning! Want to buy your vehicle without a headache? I RECOMMEND AUTOMEC AGREE from Campinas SP. Just do not give more stars because the maximum is 5 here on Google. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é de qualidade, como se espera de uma concessionária, porém falta de transparência no orçamento, onde por telefone é passado uma coisa e na hora do serviço surgem mais outras. Era uma troca da correia dentada e fui muito claro no telefone que queria saber o valor de tudo! Chegou lá, com o carro desmontado já, disseram que precisava trocar outra correia junto, incluir "tampinhas" que se quebram na hora de desmontar e etc, fazendo o custo da manutenção ficar praticamente o dobro. Sem falar na empurração de serviços "mas tem que trocar essa vela aqui, esse filtro de ar não tá bom, amortecedor desse jeito coloca o carro em risco", sendo que havia feito revisão a pouco tempo e todos os periódicos estavam em dia. O serviço é de qualidade, porém o principal que buscamos em uma oficina que é a honestidade e transparência no serviço, a Automec não tem. Não recomendo!
