★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inúmeras vezes de diversas formas tento contato com o Eder. Ele está prestando um serviço consertando minha impressora que não tem previsão de entrega. A impressora emprestada não nos atende com qualidade e precisei de assistência na semana passada, ele visualizou e nem sequer me deu um retorno. Ele raramente (muito raramente mesmo) atende o telefone, não responde e-mail, mensagens de whatsapp nem visualiza. Só tem um número de telefone celular que é praticamente impossível ele atender. Eu já não sei mais o que fazer para receber um retorno e um mínimo de dignidade no atendimento. Observação: o serviço está todo pago!
 Countless times in different ways I try to contact Eder. He is providing a service fixing my printer that has no delivery date. The borrowed printer does not serve us with quality and I needed assistance last week, he viewed it and did not even give me a return. He rarely (very rarely even) answers the phone, does not respond to emails, whatsapp messages or views. He only has a cell phone number that is practically impossible for him to answer. I no longer know what to do to receive a return and a minimum of dignity in the service. Note: the service is all paid!
