 Excellent service, from the first information by phone to the removal of the crutches at my residence. Due to the emergency they did their best to deliver the crutches on the same day. Everyone involved in the service was very helpful and kind. Thank you Azulmed.

Recomendo pelos ótimos serviços na hora da renovação de contrato, atendimento enfim...meu filho usou 1 ano e meio a cadeira de rodas, depois mais meses de andador, enfim, azulmed me ajudou muito facilitando nos serviços. Atendimento muito rápido pelo whastapp também.

Utilizei-me dos serviços de locação de cadeira de banho para minha mãe. O preço foi justo, o atendimento cortês e a cadeira estava em excelente estado. Desde o início da locação até o término tudo foi informado e explicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fujam da forma de pagamento através de link para pagamento com cartão de crédito. A loja de dar a opção de pagamento com cartão de crédito através do link via empresa Juno, e se acontecer algo você consumidor que se vire para resolver. A loja me possibilitou pagamento com link da Juno, fiz a transação, apareceu debitado 4x o mesmo valor na minha fatura, consequentemente entrei em contato com a loja e recebi a seguinte mensagem: "o senhor tem que resolver com a operadora do seu cartão de crédito." Ou seja, se vira! A loja até preços bons, mas atendimento é péssimo.
Terrible attendance. Avoid the payment method using a credit card payment link. The store gives you the option of paying by credit card through the link via the company Juno, and if something happens to you, the consumer, to resolve it. The store allowed me to pay with a Juno link, I made the transaction, the same amount was debited 4x on my invoice, consequently I contacted the store and received the following message: "you have to resolve it with your credit card operator credit." In other words, turn around! The store has good prices, but the service is terrible.
