★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos de pandemia, sem poder sair de casa, tive um excelente atendimento por parte da Larissa e VitalGas. Fiz toda negociação por atendimento eletrônico e recebi o produto no horário marcado entregue por um motoboy contratado pela empresa. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sincero, preço justo, afirmo isso pois pesquisei tudo desde qdo fui diagnosticado com apneia grave, e hoje posso dizer com convicção que minha vida mudou, estava desacreditando, e desde o trabalho da otorrino, da Polissonografia, e principalmente da Larissa e equipe, eu me senti confiante, investi na máquina, e hoje posso dizer que faço parte da família pois recebi feedbacks importantes e seguindo as instruções as diferenças de um estágio de cansaço prestação vem diminuindo muito drasticamente, já voltei a caminhar sem ofegar, e vejo prazer em viver! A nossa vida e mais importante que qqr dinheiro! E tentem identificar pessoas que não conseguem ter uma qualidade de vida mínima e não sabem porque, tentem indicar essa pessoa a esse exame! Pois no meu caso eu fui a cardiologista, Endocrino, e nunca percebi o rela problema, e no meu caso nem cirurgia resolve! Abraços a todos e espero que essa mensagem sirva para essa equipe Vitalgas se manter incentivada cada vez mais e para pessoas que acham que o bom sono não e importante! Eu estou bem! Sincere service, fair price, I say that because I researched everything since I was diagnosed with severe apnea, and today I can say with conviction that my life has changed, I was discrediting, and since the work of the ENT, Polysomnography, and especially Larissa and team I felt confident, invested in the machine, and today I can say that I am part of the family because I received important feedbacks and following the instructions, the differences in a tiredness performance stage have been decreasing very drastically, I have already walked again without panting, and I see pleasure to live! Our life is more important than any money! And try to identify people who are unable to have a minimum quality of life and do not know why, try to refer that person to this exam! In my case, I went to a cardiologist, Endocrine, and I never realized the problem, and in my case, neither surgery solves it! Hugs to all and I hope that this message will serve for this Vitalgas team to keep being encouraged more and more and for people who think that good sleep is not important! I'm fine! Ontem dia 1 de junho de 2021, tive uma experiencia muito importante na Vital Gas, fui atendido pelo Fisioterapeuta Kirk.
So para vc's se situarem, Eu sou usuario de CPAP a 5 anos, e nunca tive uma aula desse equipamento como o Kirk me deu, quanto aos tipos de mascaras, as mais confortaveis, as mais eficientes.
Me senti muito seguro e satisfeito com a sua desenvoltura e conhecimento do assunto
Parabéns ao Kirk, a Larissa que me deu um breve atendimento telefonico e Empresa Vital Gas pela sua belissima equipe.

Yesterday, June 1, 2021, I had a very important experience at Vital Gas, I was seen by the Physiotherapist Kirk.
Just for you guys to situate yourself, I've been a CPAP user for 5 years, and I've never had a class on this equipment as Kirk gave me, regarding the types of masks, the most comfortable, the most efficient.
I felt very secure and satisfied with your resourcefulness and knowledge of the subject.
Congratulations to Kirk, Larissa who gave me a brief phone call and Vital Gas Company for their wonderful team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recebi nenhum comunicado da Vitalgas sobre o recall de equipamento CPAP da Philips.
Recebi comunicados do recall através de empresas concorrentes onde fiz a quotação de equipamentos e que no fim acabei optando pela Vitalgas - São Paulo (Pedro de Toledo).
Talvez o melhor preço e condição não valha a pena se o acompanhamento pos vendas e comunicação a clientes não seja eficiente.
Já entrei em comunicação com a Philips e estará recolhendo e substituindo o equipamento.
I have not received any communication from Vitalgas regarding the recall of Philips CPAP equipment.
I received notices of the recall through competing companies where I quoted equipment and in the end I ended up opting for Vitalgas - São Paulo (Pedro de Toledo).
Perhaps the best price and condition is not worth it if the follow-up after sales and communication with customers is not efficient.
I have already communicated with Philips and will be collecting and replacing the equipment.
