★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relato chato mais importante para avisarmos a qualidade do atendimento desta loja. Comprei um macaquinho Rn na loja BABIES do Barra shopping RJ. Para minha surpresa a casinha de um dos botões saiu no primeiro uso. Tranquila, achando que eles trocariam de imediato.. piada! Avisaram que n trocam, que meu marido consertasse porque é comum acontecer com eles? e ainda questionaram que já havia lavado o macacão ?. Pelo jeito eles também não sabem que temos que lavar todas as roupinhas do bebê antes de usar. A gerente mandou as funcionárias “darem um jeito” e pregarem o botão mesmo sem saberem... enfim, compras nesta loja?! Nunca mais.
Mais treinamento gente! Mais educação, ninguém merece, imagina cliente... Ninguém deve aceitar esse tipo de tratamento, ainda mais hoje em dia. #babies #direitoconsumidor #vendas #mamaes
 Most important annoying report to let us know the quality of service at this store. I bought a Rn monkey at the BABIES store in Barra shopping RJ. To my surprise the little button house came out on first use. Quiet, thinking they would change immediately ... joke! They told me that they don't change, that my husband would fix it because it is common to happen to them? and even questioned that he had already washed the overalls ?. Apparently they also don't know that we have to wash all the baby's clothes before using. The manager told the employees to "fix it" and nail the button without even knowing it ... anyway, shopping at this store ?! Never.
More training folks! More education, no one deserves it, imagine a client ... No one should accept this type of treatment, especially nowadays. #babies #direitoconsumidor # sales #mamaes
