Péssima loja . Não só essa como as outras lojas deles em outros shoppings. Uma loja age de má intenção colocando o dobro do preço só pq tenho um vale preso na loja , só que em outra loja deles mesmos o preço é bem inferior. Nunca tem nada, tem que esperar chegar ou nem sabem a previsão. Enrolados e mal estruturado. Me fizeram ir numa loja longe pra caramba do meu bairro tarde da noite pq falaram que eu poderia usar meu vale lá ( único lugar que tinha o que eu queria ) chegou lá não quiseram trocar nada, não aceitaram meu vale e me fizeram perder 1h30min de viagem de ida e o mesmo pra volta e dinheiro. Muito enrolados e sem profissionalismo. O erro foi deles e não quiseram concluir minha compra com o vale. Já estava tudo escolhido e pronto pra ir embora. Preciso de muito mais coisas futuramente que vende nessa loja, mas nunca mais volto e não recomendo!!! ?????
Lousy shop. Not just like their other stores in other malls. A store acts bad intention putting double the price only because I have a voucher stuck in the store, but in another store of their own the price is well below. You never have anything, you have to wait, or you do not know the forecast. Curly and poorly structured. They made me go to a store far and away from my neighborhood late at night because they said that I could use my ticket there (only place that had what I wanted) arrived there, they did not want to change anything, they did not accept my voucher and they made me lose 1h30min round trip and money. Very coiled and unprofessional. The mistake was theirs and they did not want to complete my purchase with the voucher. Everything was ready and ready to go. Eu e meu marido Australiano tivemos a pior experiência com comércio nesta loja. Compramos um cabo usbA - usbC de marca genérica para conectar Apple laptop com apple ipad pro. Quando em casa o cabo não foi reconhecido pelo computador impossibilitando o uso do mesmo. Voltamos na loja para devolver o produto e receber o ressarcimento de R$55. O que deveria ser feito imediatamente, já que a lei do consumidor nos resguarda 7 dias para troca de produto, se transformou em uma discussão entre eu, o vendedor e o gerente. Os dois funcionários da loja se recusavam a tentar entender o que eu explicava, me fazendo explicar pelo menos 3 vezes para cada um deles que o cabo não estabelecia conexão. E mesmo assim se recusaram a troca dizendo que eu apenas teria direito a troca por outro produto da loja. Mesmo depois que aceitei trocar por outro produto os mesmos nos fizeram esperar 15 minutos enquanto eles alegavam que o seu sistema estava fora do ar para efetuar a troca. Uma extrema falta de profissionalismo e respeito.

When at home the cable was not recognized by the computer making it impossible to use it. We returned to the store to return the product and receive a refund of $ 55. Na hora da compra fui super bem tratado, levaram a minha compra para o estacionamento e falaram que caso tivesse algum problema para entrar em contato que eles ajudariam. Porém o produto começou a apresentar vários problemas, no primeiro problema lidei com a fabrica diretamente, no segundo problema em menos de 3 meses de uso entrei em contato com a loja e nada puderam fazer para agilizar a resolver o meu problema. Paguei 1.500 reais na cadeira prime-x da dazz que em menos de 3 meses de uso apresentou dois problemas em relação a resistência dela, o primeiro foi no pistão cedeu e começou a descer sozinho e o segundo foi a base estrela que se quebrou! Como uma cadeira que sustenta 250kg como diz na caixa se parte desse jeito? Estou muito insatisfeito com a qualidade do produto e por ter sido negado o suporte que na hora da compra a loja me ofereceu! OBS: TIVE QUE TER UM POUCO DE PACIÊNCIA (ESPEREI UM TEMPO POR CAUSA DA BUROCRACIA) MAS NO FINAL TUDO FOI RESOLVIDO E VOLTARIA A NEGOCIAR COM A LOJA E SUA FRANQUIA SIM. OBRIGADO AO RESPONSÁVEL LEONARDO POR RESPEITAR NOSSO DIREITOS DE CONSUMIDOR. SUCESSO PARA VOCÊ E SUA LOJA.

However, the product started to present several problems, in the first problem I dealt with the factory directly, in the second problem in less than 3 months of use I contacted the store and they were unable to do anything to speed up solving my problem. I paid 1,500 reais on dazz's prime-x chair, which in less than 3 months of use had two problems with regard to its resistance, the first was in the piston gave way and started to go down on its own and the second was the star base that broke! How does a chair that holds 250kg as it says on the box break like that? I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and for having been denied the support that the store offered me at the time of purchase! OBS: I HAD TO HAVE A LITTLE OF PATIENCE (I WAITED A TIME BECAUSE OF BUROCRACY) BUT IN THE END IT WAS SOLVED AND WOULD RETURN WITH THE STORE AND YOUR FRANCHISE YES. Astonishing to find a tech place where almost nobody speaks English (and nobody speaks fluently decent English). Other than that, be careful with the quality of their items, I got a universal electric plug adapter and it went bad after just three days. They get two stars instead of one because the process to get a new adapter went smoothly

I recently purchased a USB-A to USB-C cable from this store. After taking it home and trying the cable I noticed it wasn't working, the connection kept dropping in and out. I took the cable back with my wife who is Brazilian and was appalled at what happened next. We initially asked if they did refunds in which they said no, which is understandable, instead of looking at it as a situation where they could up sell us into a better quality cable, they started to act as if we were lying, did not take the time to understand what my wife was trying to say to them and then the manager started to yell and raise his voice at my wife. Completely unprofessional, unknowledgeable and just plain rude. It made no difference that the day before, their sales person had recommended the product to us. Little did we know that the law states you can exchange an item within 7 days of purchase with no excuse. So not sure what the attitude was all about to start with. Do not purchase from this store, there are plenty of other options within the complex for better quality products and friendly service. It's a shame I have to actually select 1 star.
