Péssimo atendimento da recepcionista!
Fiz uma viagem longa de Arraial do Cabo até a Barra levando um casal de amigos, estava marcado para 13h, Após quase 1h esperando serem atendidos, fiquei sozinho sentado na recepção e a recepcionista pediu para eu esperar do lado de fora em pé e no calor.
Faltou compreensão.

Terrible receptionist service!
I took a long trip from Arraial do Cabo to Barra taking a couple of friends, it was scheduled for 1 pm, After almost 1 hour waiting to be served, I was alone sitting at the reception and the receptionist asked me to wait outside standing in the heat .
Understanding was lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de não saber lidar com os clientes, a clínica recusa a presença de acompanhante a gestantes, sem aviso prévio! O que é um absurdo pois o agendamento é feito com antecedência pra que na semana exata você realize o exame, sendo assim te faz refém uma vez que um novo agendamento em outra clínica complicará no seu tempo de gestação. Enfim, péssima experiência, justificam pelo fato do Covid e nem marcação nos assentos quanto a restrição não há, fazendo que fiquemos todos aglomerados sentados, juntamente a crianças sem máscaras.
Banheiro sujo!

Which is absurd because the appointment is made in advance so that in the exact week you can take the exam, it makes you a hostage since a new appointment at another clinic will complicate your gestation period. Anyway, bad experience, justified by the fact of Covid and not even marking the seats as there is no restriction, making us all sit together, together with children without masks.
Dirty bathroom!

Entrei no consultório e a recepcionista teve a coragem de falar pra minha esposa que eu não poderia ficar na sala (poderia ter se dirigido diretamente a mim). Ou eu sou um cachorro? E não avisaram no agendamento sobre essa condição. Obs: fora da sala é um calor insuportável!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência foi a pior possível. Já estou há 50 minutos aguardando o exame, e a atendente não sabe nem dizer quanto tempo ainda demora. Aguardando com dois bebês num local com zero estrutura para criança - embora se chame baby cor. Fora que na confirmação telefônica me disseram que só poderia entrar um adulto com as duas crianças. Realmente muito pouco preparado para lidar com público infantil..
Experience was the worst possible. I've been waiting for the exam for 50 minutes, and the attendant doesn't even know how much longer it takes. Waiting with two babies in a place with zero facilities for children - although it's called baby cor. Apart from that in the phone confirmation I was told that only one adult could enter with two children. Really very unprepared to deal with children..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Baby Cor Barra para fazer Exame do Eco Fetal , não cheguei a ser atendida pelo médico pois fui num dia posterior ao agendamento por engano. O atendimento da recepção é péssimo, por telefone e presencial , nada gentil e zero empatia. Embora a Barra seja mais perto , estou buscando outra unidade para remarcar. Saúde é humana , estas atendentes precisam de treinamento urgente.
I was at Baby Cor Barra to do the Fetal Echo Exam, I didn't get to be seen by the doctor because I went on a day after the appointment by mistake. The reception service is terrible, by phone and in person, not kind and zero empathy. Although Barra is closer, I'm looking for another unit to reschedule. Health is human, these attendants need urgent training.

Atendimento pela recepção péssimo, notário o despreparo de uma das recepcionistas a mais nova com o paciente não é nem um pouco acolhedora e já fala para um dos pais se retirar da sala tudo bem que estamos em pandemia mas a sala estava vazia e estávamos de máscaras e já vacinados. Atendimento toyalmente robotizado sem nenhuma simpatia com o paciente enfim atendimento muito ruim..se não quer trabalhar dar lugar para quem quer e sabe valorizar cada paciente com amor e respeito.

Service at the reception is terrible, notary, the unpreparedness of one of the receptionists, the youngest with the patient, is not welcoming at all and already tells one of the parents to leave the room, ok, we are in a pandemic but the room was empty and we were wearing masks and already vaccinated. Totally robotized care without any sympathy with the patient, in short, very bad service... if you don't want to work, make room for someone who wants to and knows how to value each patient with love and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço acompanhamento desde a gestação, as recepcionistas são muito atenciosas e as médicas são acolhedoras. A Dra. tem muita paciência em explicar tudo nos mínimos detalhes e ela o faz quantas vezes forem necessárias.
A central de agendamento precisa ter esse espírito acolhedor de quem trabalha lá no consultório da Barra.
I follow up since pregnancy, the receptionists are very attentive and the doctors are welcoming. Dr. she has a lot of patience in explaining everything down to the smallest detail and she does it as many times as necessary.
The scheduling center needs to have that welcoming spirit of those who work there in Barra's office.
