★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta por telemedicina, disseram que iam entrar em contato antes e ninguém ligou. A consulta era as 11 E não tinha recebido ainda o email fui verificar no spam e estava lá e marcado para as 10:30. Liguei e fiquei 50 minutos e ninguém atende isso é uma falta de respeito com o paciente.
 I made an appointment by telemedicine, they said they were going to get in touch before and nobody called. The consultation was at 11 And I hadn't received the email yet I went to check on the spam and it was there and scheduled for 10:30. I called and stayed 50 minutes and no one answers this is a lack of respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustante. Dr. Salomon foi muito recomendado, mas o atendimento na clínica é péssimo. Horário da consulta não é cumprido. Estou esperando a mais de 40 minutos. E ainda com recepcionistas falando mal uma das outras e dos médicos. Reclamam o tempo inteiro.
Frustrating. Dr. Salomon was highly recommended, but the service at the clinic is terrible. Consultation time is not met. I've been waiting for over 40 minutes. And with receptionists speaking ill of each other and doctors. They complain all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho pouco caso com os clientes na marcação dos horários, estou a mais de uma hora aguardando pela minha com o Dr Salomon e não tem nem previsão há que horas irá me atender!!! Uma consulta agendada há mais de um mês!!! E confirmado na véspera!!! Não entendo o porque da falta de pontualidade nesse tipo de atendimento !!!! É sempre assim!!! Nos sentimos sem qualquer importância!! Gostaria que procurassem melhorar o atendimento aos seus pacientes, a razão para Clínica existir !

I find little concern with customers when booking appointments, I'm more than an hour waiting for mine with Dr Salomon and there's no forecast for what time he'll see me!!! An appointment scheduled for over a month!!! And confirmed the day before!!! I don't understand the reason for the lack of punctuality in this type of service!!!! It's always like that!!! We feel unimportant!! I would like you to try to improve the care of your patients, the reason for the Clinic to exist!

Tinha um exame marcado (teste ergométrico) para sexta-feira (26/11) quando fui contatado pela clínica para informar que a médica estava doente, por isso o exame não poderia ser feito e propôs uma nova data - hoje (29) às 16 h. Neste momento, estou retornando da clínica, sem fazer o exame, pois: 1) a médica perguntou se eu tinha me depilado e eu disse que não; 2) a médica perguntou se eu tinha trazido um "prestobarba" e eu disse que não; 3) a médica conseguiu internamente um barbeador que me passou para que eu me depilasse, dando uma orientação rápida quanto aos locais que eu deveria depilar, o que não fiz. Perdi a paciência! Não recebi da clínica qualquer orientação nesse sentido, além do que nos exames que já fiz em outras clínicas o atendente é quem fazia a depilação, ao tempo que já ia colocando os eletrodos (?). Muita falta de profissionalismo, o que ainda é mais grave quando acontece numa unidade de saúde!!!

At this moment, I am returning from the clinic, without taking the exam, because: 1) the doctor asked if I had shaved and I said no; 2) the doctor asked if I had brought a "sweet beard" and I said no; 3) the doctor internally managed to get a shaver, which she gave me so I could shave, giving me a quick orientation as to where I should shave, which I didn't do. I lost patience! I didn't receive any guidance from the clinic in this regard, in addition to what I've done in other clinics, the attendant is the one who performed the hair removal, while he was already putting the electrodes (?). A lot of lack of professionalism, which is even more serious when it happens in a health unit!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento médico é indiscutível em relação a excelente qualidade, porém o atendimento administrativo com agendamento de consultas é péssimo.
Tive minha consulta marcada para dia 15/03 e quando cheguei no consultório, tinha sido reagendada para dia 17/03
Não me enviaram mensagem de confirmação e muito menos ligaram.
Um grande desrespeito com o paciente que muitas vezes se programa no trabalho para sair cedo.
Não respondem WhatsApp, e raramente atendem telefone. Em pleno século 21 enfrentar esses transtornos é um absurdo.

They didn't send me a confirmation message, let alone call.
A great disrespect for the patient who often schedules himself at work to leave early.
